Calming down after a workout contributes to relaxation, recovery and achieving an optimal mental state. By performing gentle stretching exercises and breathing techniques, quieting allows you to slowly lower your heart rate and reduce muscle tension.

Calming is a key moment to stabilize metabolism, reduce the risk of injury and minimize post-workout discomfort.
