Series

More about the series

Series are runs of workouts gathered around a single idea — a trainer, a format or a theme. Rather than picking an individual session each time, you work through consecutive episodes arranged so that each builds on the last.

Some series are shaped around a specific result and the order genuinely matters. Others are simply held together by the same person leading them, or the same format, which keeps the style, the pace and the way exercises are explained consistent — once you get used to someone, you are not re-adjusting to a different voice every session.

They sit well between picking sessions at random and committing to a full plan. You get coherent material for several weeks without a fixed schedule insisting that today is day four and there is no negotiating.

Series also work when you want to try something new: getting to know one format properly across several episodes, instead of forming a view from a single session picked at random.
