Workout details: Warm-up: 5 minutes Main part of the workout: 2 rounds of 20 minutes each. There are 10 exercises of 30 seconds each. A break of 10 seconds between exercises. Cool down with stretching: 7 minutes

FIRM GLUTES TARGET by Ewa Chodakowska is a workout for firm glutes.

It has two levels of advancement. If you are a beginner, choose the first round with exercises in low positions only. When you strengthen your muscles and improve your fitness, you can try adding round two in high positions with dynamic exercises - this is the advanced version.
