Ewa Chodakowska's Max Burn training program is your way to effectively burn calories and strengthen your entire body!

During the program:

  • you will burn calories,
  • sculpt your silhouette,

The workout is based on the so-called tabata, or interval training. The program consists of 9 rounds, where each round lasts 4 minutes. In each round you do 2 exercises repeated 4 times. You work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. It is important to control your pace and technique, as this is the key to getting the best results.

Doing Max Burn regularly can surprise you with the results - you can burn up to 600 calories after just one session, depending on the intensity! The workout is ideal for both beginners and advanced.
