The ARMS&BACK 6-Minute is designed to strengthen the arms, slenderize and model the shoulders.

The Six-Minute is perfect for those who want to focus on the upper body. Dynamic movements, engage different muscle parts, providing a comprehensive approach to modeling this part of the body. Dumbbells are used in this workout.

Workout details: 3 exercises of 30 seconds each, with a 10-second break in between. Repeat x 3. Each exercise is in beginner and advanced versions. The workout is dedicated to couples, but you can also do it alone.
