This short, 6-minute workout was designed to focus on strengthening the entire body, with particular emphasis on the legs, glutes and abs. Perfect for beginners and advanced people.

Training details: 3 exercises of 30 seconds each, with a 10-second break between them. We repeat x 3. Each exercise is available for beginners and advanced users.
