Looking for an effective and short workout to strengthen your entire body? You've come to the right place!

This short, 6-minute workout is designed to focus on strengthening your entire body. Dynamic exercises allow you to burn calories, shape your figure and increase muscle mass, all in just 6 minutes a day. This workout uses a skipping rope, kettlebells and dumbbells.

Workout details: 3 exercises of 30 seconds each, with a 10-second break in between. Repeat x 3. Each exercise is in beginner and advanced versions. The workout is dedicated to couples, but you can also do it alone.
