This workout is for you if you want to slenderize your entire body!

The dynamic 6-minute program is designed for anyone who wants to transform the entire body, reduce mass and build impressive muscle mass. All this without having to spend hours in the gym. Dumbbells are used in the workout.

Workout details: 3 exercises of 30 seconds each, with a 10-second break in between. Repeat x 3. Each exercise is in beginner and advanced versions. The workout is dedicated to couples, but you can also do it alone.
