This intense, 6-minute program is designed for anyone who wants a comprehensive full-body transformation, reducing mass and building impressive muscle mass. All this without having to spend hours in the gym. Just 6 minutes a day is enough to slenderize your figure and achieve the desired results.

Workout details: 3 exercises of 30 seconds each, with a 10-second break in between. Repeat x 3. Each exercise is in beginner and advanced versions. The workout is dedicated to couples, but you can also do it alone.
