This short, 6-minute workout is designed to focus on strengthening the entire body with special emphasis on the arms. The workout for both beginners and advanced. You can use dumbbells. The workout program is perfect for both those who want to model their figure and those who want to reduce weight and build muscle mass.

Workout details: 3 exercises of 30 seconds each, with a 10-second break in between. Repeat x 3. Each exercise is in beginner and advanced versions.
