This 6-minute workout is recommended for those who want to effectively sculpt their physique, as well as for those who aim to reduce mass and build muscle mass. Regardless of your fitness goals, this short but vigorous session will provide you with the tools to achieve the desired results. Exercises for both beginners and advanced.

Workout details: 3 exercises for 30 seconds each, with a 10-second break in between. Repeat x 3. Each exercise is in beginner and advanced versions.
