The STRONG BUTT Six-Minute is designed to strengthen and model the entire body.

The 6-Minute is perfect for those who want to focus on modeling the entire body. In this workout, we use dumbbells. Dynamic movements, engage different muscle parts, providing a comprehensive approach to modeling the entire body.

Workout details: 3 exercises of 30 seconds each, with a 10-second break in between. Repeat x 3. Each exercise is in beginner and advanced versions. The workout is dedicated to couples, but you can also do it alone.
