Metamorphosis is an extremely effective workout for: Flat belly, firm glutes and thighs, strong back, shapely legs.

Metamorphosis is for you if:

  • You want to slenderize your figure - This workout will help you reduce body fat. Thanks to the fairly high intensity of the exercises, the workout burns a significant number of calories, and the muscle-strengthening exercises firm and model the body.

What does the main part of the workout include?

  • 10 rounds.
  • In each round, 2 exercises are repeated three times - 30 seconds each.
  • There is a 10-second break between exercises.
  • The exercises come in versions for advanced and beginners.

The entire workout can also be done without the ball.
