Professor Ewa Stachowska, PhD, DSc

Head of the Department of Human Nutrition and Metabolomics at the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. Author and co-author of over 140 scientific publications on nutrition and the gut microbiota. She has introduced innovative products into clinical practice, including a high-fiber bar for individuals at risk of obesity (awarded at IPITEX 2019 in Bangkok) and bread supporting NAFLD therapy. Editor of the textbook “Nutrition in Gut Microbiota Disorders.” Science communicator and nutrition popularizer on social media (@profesor.stachowska on Instagram and YouTube).

Luiza Napiórkowska, PhD in Medical Sciences

Luiza Napiórkowska, PhD in Medical Sciences

Specialist in endocrinology, diabetology, and internal medicine. Medical influencer known as Doctor Lu, author of a popular blog and social media channels followed by over 70,000 people. She has written two books on insulin resistance and Hashimoto’s disease. With more than 20 years of clinical experience gained in Poland and abroad (Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil), she is also the co-founder of the Lumedic Medical Center in Warsaw.

Joanna Jacko, PhD in Medical Sciences

Joanna Jacko, PhD in Medical Sciences

Specialist in obstetrics, gynecology, and gynecologic oncology. Expert in endoscopic surgery, particularly in the treatment of advanced endometriosis. Certified da Vinci robotic surgeon. She completed prestigious ultrasound diagnostics training with Prof. Daniela Fischerová and Prof. Lil Valentin. She conducts courses in ultrasonography and advanced surgical techniques in endometriosis. Currently affiliated with the Medicover Multispecialty Hospital in Warsaw.

Łukasz Paluch, MD, DSc

Łukasz Paluch, MD, DSc

Phlebologist, co-owner of the Doppler Institute, Professor at the Center for Postgraduate Medical Education, and Honorary Professor at The College of Phlebology. Author of numerous Polish and international publications, recipient of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery “Paper of the Year” award. Member of the Professorial Expert Council of the Polish Supreme Medical Chamber. He conducts training courses in Poland and abroad, educating physicians and medical students. Since 2019, he has served as an examiner for the National Specialization Examination.
