About

A workout designed to prepare your body for active labor, especially recommended from week 32 of pregnancy, though you can start earlier.

The pelvis consists of three bones connected by ligaments that shift and create space for the baby during birth. This session teaches your pelvis a full spectrum of movement: anterior-posterior tilts, lateral shifts, circles, and figure-eights—in standing, quadruped (hands and knees), and elbows-and-knees positions. These are the exact positions you can draw upon during active labor.

We also focus on hip rotations and stretching the pelvic area, with every movement guided by calm, conscious breathwork. Exercises practiced regularly during training become instinctive during labor: helping you manage contractions, supporting your baby’s descent, and empowering you with a sense of control.

Practicing this routine in the final weeks of pregnancy improves pelvic mobility and body awareness while familiarizing you with birthing positions. Conducted at a gentle pace, it includes modifications for those experiencing pelvic girdle or symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD/PGP). You will finish feeling relaxed through the hips and more confident in your body ahead of delivery.
