BEST SELF MAX: MAX PUMP training is for you if you are advanced and want to reach a new level!

BEST SELF MAX: MAX PUMP is a resistance band training prepared as part of the Best Self MAX training set. The tape gives results similar to exercises using gym equipment. Exercises you know well will take you to a completely new level.

Training details: Warm-up: 10 minutes Main part of the training: 20 minutes - 4 rounds consisting of four 30-second exercises repeated twice. There are 30 second breaks between rounds. Cool down with stretching: 10 minutes
