This short, 6-minute workout is designed to focus on strengthening your entire body using a resistance band. Training for both beginners and advanced users. The training program is perfect for both people who want to shape their figure and those who want to reduce mass and build muscle mass.

Training details: 3 exercises of 30 seconds each, with a 10-second break between them. We repeat x 3. Each exercise is available for beginners and advanced users.
