This intense 6-minute session is a great way to activate all major muscle groups and boost your metabolism. The dynamic exercises get your body moving, helping to burn calories, build strength, and sculpt your figure. To increase the challenge, you can optionally add dumbbells or wrist weights suited to your fitness level.

Workout details: 3 exercises of 30 seconds each, with a 10-second break in between. Repeat x 3. Each exercise is presented in both beginner and advanced version.
