This 6-minute workout is designed to build strength and shape the glutes. It focuses on exercises that activate the lower body, especially the glute muscles, helping to lift, firm, and tone. During the session, we use a resistance band and—depending on your fitness level—dumbbells with appropriate weight.
Workout details: 3 exercises of 30 seconds each, with a 10-second break in between. Repeat x 3.
