During the Six-Minute TONED ARMS workout, you'll focus on precise shoulder shaping, engaging different muscle groups.

Our focused workout, is also a way to build strength, flexibility and strengthen muscles in the shoulder area. With just 6 minutes a day with dumbbells, you'll achieve the results you dream of!
Workout details: 3 exercises of 30 seconds each, with a 10-second break in between. Repeat x 3. Each exercise is in beginner and advanced versions. The workout is dedicated to couples, but you can also do it alone.
