BODY SHOCK - KETTLEBELLS by Dawid Krakowiak is a workout with weights, strengthening all muscle parts, based on multi-joint exercises.
The workout lasts 20 minutes. It consists of a warm-up and the main part, in which we use 2 kettlebells or 2 dumbbells and an exercise mat. Suitable for intermediate and advanced individuals, depending on the choice of weights.
