This workout is for you both if you want to reduce weight or build it.

It's a fairly high-intensity interval workout that accelerates fat burning and strengthens the muscles of the entire body. You will sculpt your abdomen and arms, slenderize your legs, firm your glutes and improve your fitness.

Workout details:

  • 4-minute walking/jumping warm-up
  • 3 interval series of 6 exercises each
  • Each exercise lasts 40 seconds, all on a short break of a few seconds
  • Stretching at the end
