It is very important to realize what the breath is, what role it plays and how to use its power. Breath supports us in many aspects of life, influences our well-being, the condition of our physical body, as well as the state of our spirit.

PREPARATION: Make sure your space for this meditation is quiet, calm and orderly. You can perform this relaxation whenever you feel you need it.

IMAGE: During the relaxation, you can close your eyes or indulge in color therapy. The calmly changing colors throughout the session are meant to help you give yourself over to this practice .

MUSIC: Soft, calm music and the sounds of nature are the perfect complement to relaxation.
