The main goal of Join brushing training is to take care of joint hygiene, i.e. maintain mobility, as well as proper lubrication. This happens by using spherical movements. Spherical movements allow you to use extreme ranges of motion at work and also stimulate the system to increase the secretion of synovial fluid.
