If you want to learn how to perform self-massage for a headache, this video is just for you!
Self-massage for headaches is the prevention and treatment of tension headaches. The practice involves the masseter, temporalis, and capitus tendineae. The treatment does not require olive oil or any lubricants. We perform each movement slowly - from 5 to 10 repetitions.
Self-massage includes 3 techniques: Technique 1 – involves the rumen, Technique 2 – involves the temporalis muscle, i.e. the flat muscle on our temples, Technique 3 – massage of the tendinous cap of the head.
