How to perform a straight-arm rock climber?
Works:
- abdominals and hip muscles
Additionally works:
- glutes, back, chest, legs (stabilize the body)
Starting position:
Assume a front support position with your feet hip-width apart. Head, torso, hips, and legs in a straight line. Elbows straight. Hands in a straight line under your shoulders.
Movement: Alternately, pull your knees toward your chest.
Directions: Feet hip-width apart. Elbows straight. Body in a straight line. Pull your knees toward your chest.
