How to properly perform a straight-seat walk?

The movement is performed by:

  • hip flexors and abdominal muscles

Additionally works:

  • thighs

Starting position:

Sit on the floor. Legs are straight, hip-width apart, or slightly wider. Back straight, abs pulled in.

Movement: Walk on your buttocks forward and backward, taking 8-10 'steps' in each direction.

Tips: Feet hip-width apart, or slightly wider. Back straight, abs pulled in. Lift the moving leg and buttock.
