How to perform a jump with a transition to a front support position?

The movement is performed by:

- the entire body

Starting position:

Stand with your feet hip-width apart, with your arms at your sides. Pull in your abs and straighten your back.

Movement:

Jump, raising your arms upward. Land softly and place your hands on the floor, keeping your torso straight and your knees slightly bent. Move your arms forward until you are in a front support position – your hands under your shoulders, your head, torso, hips, and legs in a straight line. Move your hands toward your feet to return to the starting position. Repeat.

Tips:

Do not arch your lumbar spine. In the support position, place your hands under your shoulders.

Note: This exercise increases your heart rate, so it can be considered a cardio exercise.
