How to properly bend your knees on a kinesis machine?

The movement is performed by:
- the thighs and glutes

Additionally works:
- the abs, shoulder girdle, back

Starting position:

Grab the handles of the machine (the ones suspended low) and stand with your back to the machine between the handles. One leg is extended forward, the other is taken back and resting on your toes. Tighten your abs and straighten your back. Shoulder blades are pulled back.

Movement:
Bend the knees of your front leg over your foot and into a 90-degree angle. With a slightly faster movement, straighten your knees. Repeat, and then practice with the opposite leg position.

Tips:
Keep your back straight, abs pulled in. The knee of your front leg bends over your foot.

You will need kinesis to perform this exercise.
