How to do a plank knee pull?
Works:
- abdominal and hip muscles
Additionally works:
- glutes, thighs, back, chest, and arms (stabilize the body)
Starting position:
Assume a front support position on your forearms, with your feet hip-width apart. Head, torso, hips, and legs in a straight line.
Movement: Pull one knee, then the other, toward your elbow.
Tips: Elbows under your shoulders. Remember to keep your back straight. Keep your glutes, abdominals, and thighs tight. Don't tilt your head. Work only with your legs.
