Starting position:
Grab a kettlebell with both hands and kneel. Rest your feet on your toes and your buttocks on your heels. Hold the kettlebell in front of your chin, elbows bent. Straighten your back, and draw in your abs.
Movement: Trying to keep your torso still, raise the kettlebell overhead until your elbows are almost fully extended. Then lower the kettlebell behind your head, bending your elbows. Reverse the movement to return to the starting position. Repeat.
