About

How to perform a front leg raise?

Works:

  • abdominal and back muscles

Additionally works:

  • glutes, legs, chest (stabilizes the body), and arms

Starting position:

Assume a front leg raise position with your feet hip-width apart. Elbows straight. Head, torso, hips, and legs in a straight line.

Movement: Raise your arms forward alternately. Perform the movement slowly and precisely.

Tips: Tighten the abdominal, leg, glutes, and arm muscles. Don't tilt your head. Make sure your hips don't sag.
