How to perform a dumbbell row?
The movement is performed by:

Starting position:
Assume a front support position with your hands resting on dumbbells positioned directly under your shoulders. Feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your torso, hips, and legs in a straight line, abdominals tight. Knees slightly bent.
Movement:
Alternating, alternately with your right and left hand, raise the dumbbells to hip height, keeping the bending elbow close to your torso and as high as possible.
Tips
Keep your torso in a straight line with your hips and legs. Abs tight. Keep your elbow close to your torso.
