Movement: Straighten your legs and jump. Lower your right hand while in mid-air, rotating your hips and legs 90 degrees to the left. Jump back and return your hips and legs to the straight position and immediately return to the starting position. Repeat, then repeat by rotating your hips and legs to the right.
