About
How to perform a kettlebell squat?
The movement is performed by:
- the thighs and glutes
Additionally, it works:
- the back and biceps
Starting position:
Place your feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your back straight and your abs tight. Hold the kettlebell with both hands at your chest, elbows bent.
Movement: By pushing your hips back sharply and leaning your torso forward, bend your knees to a right angle. Be careful not to tilt your knees inward. Return to the starting position. Repeat.
Tips: Your knees should not extend past the toes of your shoes or inward. Keep your back straight.
