How to perform the soleus calf stretch?

Note! Stretching exercise:

- calves

Position:

Stand in a short stance with your left leg in front. Pull in your abs and straighten your back. Place your hands on your hips. Press your right heel into the ground and bend your right knee until you feel a stretch in your right calf.

Recommendations:

Hold this position for 20-40 seconds. Breathe. You can do several repetitions. Don't forget to stretch the other calf.

Tips:

Press the heel of your back leg into the ground. Keep your back straight and your abs pulled in.
