How to properly perform the kneeling thigh adductor stretch?

Stretching exercise:
- inner thighs (adductors)

Position:
Kneel on your right knee. Straighten your back, pull in your stomach, and place your hands on your hips. Extend your left leg out to the side as far as you can to feel a stretch on your inner thigh. Squeeze your glutes.

Recommendations:
Hold this position for 20-40 seconds. Breathe. You can do several repetitions. Repeat with the other leg.

Tip:
Keep your back straight, stomach pulled in. Knee straight, toe of shoe pointing slightly outward.
