How to properly perform a kneeling walk?

The movement is performed by:
- the deltoids

Starting position:
Assume a kneeling position with your feet hip-width apart and your hands shoulder-width apart. Place a band over your wrists. Abdomen pulled in.

Movement:
Alternately, place your arms diagonally – forward and to the side.

Tip:
