How to properly perform a kneeling walk?
The movement is performed by:
- the deltoids
Additionally, it works:
- the abdominal muscles, shoulder girdle (stabilizes the body)
Starting position: Assume a kneeling position with your feet hip-width apart and your hands shoulder-width apart. Place a band over your wrists. Abdomen pulled in.
Movement: Alternately, place your arms diagonally – forward and to the side.
Tip: Hands in a straight line under your shoulders, knees under your hips. Place a band over your wrists. Abdomen pulled in and tightened.
