RULES OF THE CYBER MONDAY PROMOTION on BeActiveTV.pl 2025
Promotion period: The promotion is valid from 00:01 on December 1, 2025, until 23:59 on December 10, 2025.
Scope of the promotion: The promotion applies exclusively to online purchases made on the website www.beactivetv.pl and via the BeActiveTV.pl mobile application, in accordance with the rules set out in section 4 of these Terms and Conditions. The promotion takes place on the online service www.beactivetv.pl and in the BeActiveTV.pl mobile app.
Subject of the promotion: Selected one-time and subscription packages, properly marked and available on www.beactivetv.pl or in the BeActiveTV.pl mobile app.

The promotion is intended for adult individuals with full legal capacity who qualify as consumers within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Polish Civil Code, and who, during the promotion period, purchase at least one product covered by the promotion via the website www.beactivetv.pl or the BeActiveTV.pl mobile app.

- All complaints regarding the promotion will be reviewed within 14 days of submission.
