RULES OF THE WOMEN'S DAY 2026 PROMOTION on BeActiveTV.pl
Promotion period: the promotion is valid from 9:00 on March 2, 2026 until 23:59 on March 8, 2026.
The promotion applies exclusively to online purchases made on the website www.beactivetv.pl and via the BeActiveTV.pl mobile application - in accordance with the rules described in section 4 of these Terms and Conditions. The promotion takes place on the online service www.beactivetv.pl and in the BeActiveTV.pl mobile app.
Subject of the promotion: selected packages properly marked and available on www.beactivetv.pl or in the BeActiveTV.pl mobile app.
Promotion rules:
The promotion is intended for adult individuals with full legal capacity who qualify as consumers within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Polish Civil Code, and who, during the promotion period, purchase at least one product covered by the promotion via the website www.beactivetv.pl or the BeActiveTV.pl mobile app.
Purchases must be made by correctly placing an order on www.beactivetv.pl or in the BeActiveTV.pl mobile app and providing the data necessary for order fulfillment. Information on personal data processing is available in the Privacy Policy at https://beactivetv.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.
The customer receives a discount on the purchase of Products:
- Purchase on the website www.beactivetv.pl of a one-time package with access to the BeActiveTV.pl service for 6 months – 45% discount (discounted promotional price: PLN 99.00);
- Purchase on the website www.beactivetv.pl of a renewable subscription package with access to the BeActiveTV.pl service for 3 months – 14% discount (discounted promotional price: PLN 59.99);
- Purchase in the BeActiveTV.pl mobile app of a renewable subscription package with access to the BeActiveTV.pl service for 3 months – 25% discount (discounted promotional price: PLN 59.99). The discounted price of PLN 59.99 applies only to the first 12 months of the subscription.
*Promotions cannot be combined. During the promotion, discount codes are calculated only from the regular price of Products.
Returns
- Each purchase is subject to the rules set out in the Terms and Conditions of the www.beactivetv.pl website and in the Privacy Policy, and requires acceptance of both documents.
Complaints
- Complaints will be handled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions available at https://beactivetv.pl/regulaminy.
Promotion participant
- Any person who makes an online purchase on www.beactivetv.pl or in the BeActiveTV.pl mobile app during the promotion period and complies with the rules set out in section 4 of these Terms and Conditions.

Final provisions:
- Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The content of these Terms and Conditions is available online at www.beactivetv.pl.
- The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not affect or limit consumers' statutory rights.
- In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable laws shall apply.
- All complaints regarding the promotion will be reviewed within 14 days of submission.
