This workout focuses on exercises using dumbbells. It will help you sculpt your arms and strengthen your glutes. The workout program is perfect for both those who want to model their figure and those who want to reduce weight and build muscle mass.

Workout details: 3 exercises of 30 seconds each, with a 10-second break in between. Repeat x 3. Each exercise is in beginner and advanced versions. The workout is dedicated to couples, but you can also do it alone.
