The Six-Minute KILLER ABS is designed to strengthen abdominal muscles.

The workout for both beginners and advanced. This six-minute workout uses kettlebells. Dynamic movements, engage the abdominal muscles, providing a comprehensive approach to modeling this body part.

Workout details: 3 exercises of 30 seconds each, with a 10-second break in between. Repeat x 3. The workout is dedicated to couples, but you can also do it alone.
