The video presents effective exercises that help prevent and treat tension headaches. The exercises are aimed at people who work in front of a computer, experience stress and complain of tension headaches. During training, it is worth taking care to relax the muscles and perform the exercises calmly and slowly.

The training consists of three parts:

  1. Shoulder exercises: shoulder circulation, lifting and lowering the shoulders.
  2. Neck exercises: neck stretching in 5 directions, neck circulation, neck elongation.
  3. Upper body exercises: side bends of the torso, opening the chest.
