A yoga session with Ola Zelazo includes up to 13 practices for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Ola's training program is focused on: stretching, relaxing and strengthening the body. With this series you will take care of flexibility, reduce discomfort and muscle tension. You will feel relief after an intense workout, or after a busy day. You will warm up your body in the morning. Regular stretching also helps prevent injuries. Practicing yoga also helps quiet the mind and maintain proper posture.
