Ewa Chodakowska's Step Up workout is your path to a beautiful, healthy and modeled body!

During the program:
- you will burn fat tissue,

The workout consists of 8 rounds, each of which is two exercises repeated 3 times. There are no breaks between exercises, and each exercise is 30 seconds of work on your terms - you decide the pace! Remember, technique is the priority, so focus on executing each movement correctly.

In the program, we use additional equipment like ankle and wrist weights to increase the intensity of the exercises. If you are just starting out, go ahead and train without weights and gradually increase the level of difficulty.
